No need to feel lost because you are in a foreign country in Ciudad Juarez. The city is remarkably easy to get around in. The taxis are everywhere. The bus system is easy to understand. If you want to drive, there are only a few major streets you need to master to get to almost anywhere in this guide. The El Paso Trolley Company offers shuttle service to many interesting locations in the downtown area and as far northeast as JJ's Market, but I have a feeling once you discover it's safe to move about in the city you are going to be wanting to explore your other options.
