Frida’s was very busy that day, so it took a while for my lunch to arrive, but far from being impatient, I simply enjoyed taking in the many artworks and other visual treats the owner’s had so carefully placed in both the large dining room and the smaller elevated one, as well as around the bar. But once it arrived, I could not have been more pleased. Click on the photo of these ribs to get some idea of how tastefully this plate was prepared.
