It was not long before Staff Members Karen Alamo and Jorge Ruiz agreed to take me around to the various craft stands and provide translations, explaining what I was doing and why I wanted photographs. All of the craftsmen seemed pleased and were eager to provide information about their work.
This is Luis Bautista of the Huichol people of Jalisco, Mexico. The clothing he and his partner are wearing looked both comfortable for an autumn day and beautiful as well.
The beadwork on display was a real eye-catcher. If you like intricate beadwork, you really should take the time to let the larger photo download.
