Art Samples - Hand Blown Glass / Dress
This pitcher and glass set became a great
present for my mother on Christmas of 2003. It's from
Guadalahara and is made of handblown glass. It is
also hand painted. I found it at the City Market, and,
at the time, several of the merchants there had a wide selection
of similar sets.
This dress is a one size fits all style dress with an elastic bust and waistline. There were a number of beautiful patterns available. The color strips in this dress made for an eye pleasing background for the text menus you see on the bottom of the pages of this web site.
These are just a few of the beautiful things to be found in the Juarez markets. I have not even scratched the surface.
